Hey folks,

Welcome to Music Forecast's new Evening News.... Our Top Stories...

Juvenile's Daughter Killed, Funeral Service Planning

17-year-old, Anthony Terrell, Jr. was arrested for shooting Jelani, Juvenile's daughter as well as her mother, Joy and Micaiah Deleston. Their bodies were found Feb 28th and Anthony confessed soon after.

A preliminary hearing for Terrell is set for next week in Gwinnett County Superior Court, prosecutor Danny Porter said. Because of Terrell's age, prosecutors cannot seek the death penalty. Terrell faces a maximum of life in prison for each of the three charges.

The funeral for Joy Deleston and her two daughters is set to take place this week in South Carolina. Our hearts go out to Juvenile and his family.

Diddy's Gets Shine for "A Raisin In The Sun

Yea.... I didn't believe it either, but from what I've heard from the reviews, Diddy didn't do that bad. From forgetting his lines the first night on Broadway, Diddy has shown much improvement.
Don't believe me, check the reviews...

USA Today: "...the movie would not have been made without Combs and would not work as well without him."

Chicago Sun Times: "Combs' baby face is a fine counterpoint to his character's rage and bitterness...the actor's blend of volatility, sweetness, pride, impotence and frustration registers beautifully."

New York Post: "Combs does a great, great job--especially for someone who isn't known as an actor."

Wall Street Journal: "Mr. Combs, who portrays that husband, delivers a sterling performance."

Congrats to Diddy. Now let's see him go platinum with Day 26 & the new Danity Kane album...

Andre 3000 in "The Shield" Series Finale

Keep your eyes peeled for Andre 3000 in The Shield season finale. The seventh and final season of The Shield will begin this summer. In the finale Andre will be playing a guy running for mayor. Sounds interesting. I'm a have to check that out.

J. Lo's Twins Finally Born

So J. Lo's finally had her twins, Max and Emme. She gave birth to them early Friday about 2 weeks ago (Yea, I'm late.) in Long Island. They kept the hospital location on hush, though. Don't know why... that hospital would get promo all day... The 5-pound, 7-ounce girl arrived first, followed by her 6-pound brother, Max minutes later.

That's all for tonight, but stay tuned for more "Evening News" next week.

Hey folks,

Hope ya'll ain't too disappointed about Mixtape Monday... Ya boy finally got himself a rewarding job. Not to say MF3 ain't rewarding, but this one is going to give me a steady salary... please believe it's a LONNG time coming....

Anywayz, I know the staff have been doin' a pretty good job of keepin' you all entertained. I hope that will continue to do so, but I gotta get back on my game as well. Haven't posted in a minute...
Let me stop playin' wit y'all so I can post what I gotta post though.

50's Crib Burned Up!

It seems that somebody went and burned down 50's mansion... I don't know why or how they got away with it, but it seems like they did... for the time being... Now, from what I've been hearing is that 50 and the baby mama (Ms. Tomkins) have been fighting over the $2.5 M estate, and she has a new boyfriend... But I don't think 50 would do it.

Now I know I'm not usually an advocate for 50, but I truly believe he didn't do it, for the simple reason that he would DEFINITELY not endanger his own son's life to settle the dispute... So, it looks like someone set him up with the gas container... But that's really news to me... Is this why TI's trying to keep machine guns? Feel free to leave your opinion on this news.

Tomorrow's evening news will be on R. Kellz and Jim Jones... Drama just keeps comin' this week...

Usher Scores #1 Single In AmericaHe's baaaccckkkk. Usher has the new #1 single in America, unseating Flo-Rida's Low after 12weeks at the top. Usher posts the third-largest jump to No. 1 in Billboard Hot 100 history as "Love in This Club" featuring Young Jeezy, zooms 51-1. It also opens at No. 1 on Hot Digital Songs with 198,000 downloads, the largest first-week sum since Sean Kingston shifted 260,000 in the Aug. 11, 2007, issue. Usher's new album, "Here I Stand" drops in June and this is definately a HUGE boost. You heard it from me first when I said the boy needs to come extra hard with this new album for him to shake of all the bad press he got with the whole marriage fiasco and let me tell this is one big step in doing just that. Here go the single again, that we put yall on almost a month ago. MF 3.0 always come with the fresh joints first.

Usher - Love In The Club ft. Young Jeezy

New Bob Marley Flick On The WayThe Weinstein Company have just announced that they will begin production on the first ever bio-pic on the legendary Bob Marley. The movie will be based on the book, No Woman No Cry: My Life With Bob Marley, a book by Marley's widow, Rita Marley who will also serve as an executive producer. The book offers an intimate account of the Marleys' oft-tumultuous marriage and the Jamaican music star's rise from the streets of Kingston's Trenchtown to stirring it up as one of the 20th century's most acclaimed singer-songwriters before his untimely death from cancer at the age of 36. Also, Bob Marley's daughter-in-law Lauryn Hill is rumored to have a part in the movie and may play Rita Marley, herself.

MTV BANS Gnarls Barkley's New VideoMTV Networks recently announced that none of their outlets will play Gnarls Barkley new video for their single "Run." But it's not banned for the reason you thinking. In fact the reason why MTV, VHI, and other such networks won't play the video, not like they play many videos anyway, is because it failed the standard Harding Test -- guidelines established to prevent TV images from triggering epileptic seizures. It's visual effects are the cause of the failed test and won't be shown until the problem is fixed. Justin Timberlake makes a cameo in the video and MF 3.0 has it right here for you to get your "seizure" on. J/K

Alright, this has been your evening news. Holla.

Chris Brown Back in VA?

We're still keeping you posted on the developing Chris Brown situation. So far, the speculated story is that Chris Brown was driving and got a phone call from a particular female. When Rihanna found out who the female was, she went into a jealous rage and started the heated argument/altercation.

From the evidence, it seems "there is serious swelling and bruising. Her lip is split and her nose bloody." Bite marks on one of her arms and fingers are also visible on police photos. As it seems, Chris fought back and then left the scene. Sources say that less than 24 hours after the incident, he had boarded a private jet and flew to the east coast. I don't blame him... The situation is really spiraling out of control. Hopefully, pure fact will be obtained by the end of the week.

Condolences go out to Rihanna and her horrific night. I also hope that whatever occurred that Chris will get a fair say in this matter. That's all for now. We will keep you posted.

Lots of interesting events recently:

Here's Long Island band, Push Play, who created a mock video for their fairly new song "Covergirl". I personally think the video is pretty amusing.

Their bulletin from this morning:

I have mentioned the Gentlemen of Honor Society multiple times during my writing for Music Forecast. In fact, my first article (last June) was about them. Well, they have recently acquired Twitters and all except Andrew Lee have their own Blogspot. Sooo, follow them! duh. ;)

Michael: Twitter (RiskyBusinessMB) & Blog
Jason: Twitter (theRoser) & Blog
Andrew: Twitter (IAMtheCOMMODORE)
Alex: Twitter (thePISTOL) & Blog

If you live in the Los Angeles area or you just happen to be there this weekend, you can win tickets to their show at the House of Blues this Saturday at 8pm. 102.7 KIIS FM is giving away tickets all week. & you shouldn't go without knowing the Honor Roll. See video. :) & learn here.

On a sad note, Stephanie M. Gotz, an original member of the Jonas Brothers' street team, passed 1 year ago today. There are quite a few videos dedicated to her. This is just one, with the very fitting song from the Jonas Brothers that they wrote for their grandmother entitled "Eternity"

Here's another video, mainly pictures. I didn't know her or get to talk to her, but I heard/read from her friends & other fans she was really fun and a wonderful friend. RIP S.M.G. "It's not Goodbye, but I know and I believe.. I will see u in Eternity."
