To end it with a bang, MTV has a New Year's Eve Bash with 1 of 2008's music stars, Miley Cyrus. In "FNMTV Presents: A Miley-Sized Surprise...New Year’s Eve 2009," she will be invading the home of a lucky fan for the night. Miley will be congratulating someone who helped better other people's lives for 2008. Miley will even be performing in the winner's bedroom.
