Chris Brown & Rihanna - More Info Revealed

According to reports, the famous Rihanna and Chris Brown altercation wasn't their first one. Court documents reveal that they've had two earlier episodes before the infamous Grammy night. About three months prior to that, Rihanna slapped Brown in Europe during an argument. In that battle, Chris shoved her into a wall.

The other fight took place three weeks prior to Grammy night. They were visiting Barbados and were driving in a Range Rover. They had an argument in the car. Chris left and broke the front driver and passenger side windows of the car.

Chris Brown was formally sentenced Tuesday to six months of community labor, five years probation, and was ordered not to contact Rihanna for the next five years.

Ouch.... Well, at least it's over with. Hopefully, they'll be able to move on from this incident and come back stronger...

Survey Says...

Check out these survey results...

The Commission's Division of Violence Prevention in Boston, surveyed 200 Boston youth ages 12 to 19, between Feb. 13 and 20, using the Chris Brown-Rihanna case to gauge their attitudes toward teen dating violence; 100 percent of those surveyed had heard about the incident. Among the findings:

71% said arguing was a normal part of a relationship

44% said fighting was a normal part of a relationship

51% said Chris Brown was responsible for the incident

46% said Rihanna was responsible for the incident

52% said both individuals were to blame for the incident, despite knowing at the time that Rihanna had been beaten badly enough to require hospital treatment

35% said the media were treating Rihanna unfairly

52% said the media were treating Chris Brown unfairly

As we continue on with the Chris Brown/Rihanna saga, Polow Da Don has come out and spoke to Dr. Phil on his show about the couple's duet. According to the LA Post, Polow says "my heart goes out to both Chris Brown and Rihanna regarding what happened in the past. I enjoyed working with both of them." The duet will be making Chris Brown's upcoming album.


Manager Denies Relationship
Next off, Chris's manager has denied her relationship with him, and so does her father. (Will it stick?)

Update:

Tina Davis issued the following statement through her lawyer, Marshall B. Grossman:

“The relationship between Ms. Davis and Mr. Brown is that of manager and client. There has never been any other relationship. The rumors in circulation are false. There are no emails between Ms. Davis and Mr. Brown of the type which have been described in media reports.

If the source of the false rumors is identified, legal action will be taken. Given the nature of the legal issues affecting Mr. Brown, Ms. Davis will not be making any further statements.”

CB Withdraws from Kids Choice Awards
Despite Nickelodeon having a firm foot on not pulling Chris out of the polls due to kids who have already voted, CB has pulled himself from the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, and released a statement. (That was an admirable move.)


Rihanna Out & About
Then, Riri was out at a club two nights ago celebrating her belated 21. No sign of Chris at this function.


Mystery Court Hearing
Sources has reported that Chris's lawyers are requesting a "mystery" court hearing on March 23rd to discuss Rihanna testifying. Robin Givens also said that Riri's story is her story. (hmm...)

Chris Brown/Rihanna Saga Continues...

Hey folks,

So I'm a give a quick synopsis of the past week for this situation...



Diddy lends out to the young couple and lets them stay at his Miami pad. Upset and trying to make up for the incident, Chris goes to a jeweler's and cops a $50,000 ring for Rihanna. This is supposedly the "engagement ring" that everyone is talking about... Proposal has not been confirmed.

Oprah is speaking out on the situation also steps in and is dedicating her show to domestic violence tomorrow in lieu of the situation.



On top of Chris having to go to court last week (next court date April 6th), it seems that the alleged "text messages" had come from... his manager, Tina Davis (seen on left)... They have supposedly been having a relationship since he was 16 years old!... It gets worse.... She's about... 40. In my eyes... 36 + 16 = statutory rape and jail time if true. What do ya'll think?

The Chris Brown Beat-down!

I’m a bit sad. In fact, a little-bitty part of me feels torn. Yesterday Chris Brown had his scheduled arraignment where he was charged with two felonies. The first was assault and the second was making criminal threats. He didn’t enter a plea deal, but instead was granted a continuance to April 6^th. But because of the charges, he now faces anywhere from probation, to a maximum of four years and eight months in prison.

But that’s not what I’m sad about. Yesterday, the news media got a hold of the L.A.P.D records from the night of the incident. SO…(takes a deep breath)… the fight started when Rihanna read a 3 page text message on Brown’s phone. The message was from a woman that Brown supposedly had a previous sexual relationship with. He then tried to push his girlfriend out of the car, but couldn’t because her seatbelt was on. But things get worse.

Chris then slams Rihanna’s head against the passenger window. And then, as she turned to face him, he punches her in the face with his right hand. He continued to punch her while he was driving with his left hand. This was where her mouth began to fill with blood. And as she bent to protect herself, he continued to throw blows to her arms. But it doesn’t stop there.

After he threatened to give her another beating when they arrived home, Rihanna tried to call her assistant, but the woman didn’t answer. Instead, Rihanna pretended she had made contact, and “told” her assistant to have the police at her hotel. This then set off a fierce fire inside of Chris. So much so, that he threatened to take her life.

As she tried to get away, he then, 1) bit her as she fingers when she tried to gouge his eyes out, 2) bit her ear as he pulled her closer to him when tried to use his phone, and 3) held her in a headlock until she almost became unconscious. This was when he fled the scene, leaving his girlfriend and the car.

So this is why I’m sad. I was really holding on to the hope that the incident sounded worse than it was. I was also hoping that, if he did hit the girl, that he did it in self-defense, because that is the ONLY time that I think it necessary to hit a female.

Now I’m not really a big fan of Riri’s. I won’t lie, though…when it rained, I too was rocking the “Umbrella” while walking in “Disturbia”. But really, Chris? REALLY?!?! I mean… I don’t understand. Are you leading a double life, or have some alter-ego that causes you to BEAT women? I mean…. I’m truly baffled!! And after seeing you ride around on your jet ski this weekend, while flexing your muscles to the cameras, I’m at a loss for words and thought.

Since the incident, I haven’t listened to a Chris Brown track, but I still held my support for the singer. I still held out hope. But after reading the report, seeing the gruesome pictures, and watch to flash your million-dollar smile for the cameras… I don’t know if I can listen to another CB track again. I don’t think I can continue to support someone so talented, someone who was such an inspiration to millions, someone who still hadn’t reached his peak...which is why I’m sad!

New Chris Brown Update


So here’s the update…..

It has been confirmed by TMZ.com, along with People Magazine, that Chris Brown and Rihanna have reconciled and are back together again. Sources say the couple is staying at a house owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs in Florida. It was also rumored that Brown contacted Rihanna on her birthday, and even gave her gifts to try to get back into her good graces. He has also been going to anger management classes to help his pending case, which sources say may be delayed while prosecutors continue to gather evidence.

But in the mean time, Chris’ career is slipping further into a black hole. Ciara and Flo-Rida have reportedly cancelled their duets with the singer/actor. ‘Turntables’, a single off of Ciara’s upcoming album, will no longer feature Brown. Flo-Rida also decided to take Brown off a project the two were working on.



Hollywood also seems to be dumping Brown. Promotion for the 2010 movie ‘Bone Deep’, featuring Idris Elba and T.I., will not include Brown. But one director says he is standing by troubled singer. Melvin James still plans on working with Brown for the movie ‘Caramel’, which will start production later this year.

Chris Brown's Letter & More

Chris Brown released a statement, Sunday, one week after the alleged incident between him and girlfriend/singer Robyn Rihanna Fenty. The singer has kept quiet since last weekend, when he supposedly beat Rihanna. Brown had this to say:
“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds.” (tmz.com)

Clinton Brown, father of Chris Brown, says his son is at home in Va., feeling “very remorseful” for his actions. Over the weekend, Brown hired crisis specialists Alan Nierob and Howard Bragman. The team helped actor Isaiah Washington, from Grey’s Anatomy, after his incident with a fellow actor on the set of the ABC show.
Rihanna also returned home to her native Barbados, where her father, Ronald Fenty, released a statement saying his daughter is fine and recovering. He went on to say that he was surprised to hear that Chris was the attacker. “You think you know somebody, but you really don’t.”

Brown is expected back in L.A. for his court date on March 5th.

Chris Brown Back in VA?


We're still keeping you posted on the developing Chris Brown situation. So far, the speculated story is that Chris Brown was driving and got a phone call from a particular female. When Rihanna found out who the female was, she went into a jealous rage and started the heated argument/altercation.

From the evidence, it seems "there is serious swelling and bruising. Her lip is split and her nose bloody." Bite marks on one of her arms and fingers are also visible on police photos. As it seems, Chris fought back and then left the scene. Sources say that less than 24 hours after the incident, he had boarded a private jet and flew to the east coast. I don't blame him... The situation is really spiraling out of control. Hopefully, pure fact will be obtained by the end of the week.

Condolences go out to Rihanna and her horrific night. I also hope that whatever occurred that Chris will get a fair say in this matter. That's all for now. We will keep you posted.

Chris Brown - Story So Far...


Sources say that Rihanna (Robyn Fenty) did not call the police alleging that Chris assaulted her like people first thought. It was a bystander that called 911. LAPD arrived on the scene and questioned Rihanna.

Police claim that, on the scene of the incident, Rihanna identified Chris Brown as the man who assaulted her. There is also physical evidence of the attack. Reports confirm that Rihanna’s face and arm were severely bruised in the incident and Chris suffered from minor bruising as well.

According to sources, for whatever the reason, Rihanna is no longer assisting investigators in their criminal case against Chris Brown.

Also on a serious note, it is possible for Chris to get about 10 years. Since there were visible injuries, making criminal threats is punishable by up to nine years in prison.

In addition...



Due to this situation, Chris's DoubleMint contract with Wrigley's may get lost as well. The company says the commercials are suspended until further notice. The also stand neutral on this situation saying that the Chris should be given the same due process as any citizen.

R&B singer Chris Brown is under investigation for assaulting Rihanna.

LAPD had searched for Chris Brown but he had fled the scene. Later, he turned himself into the and was questioned. He has been charged with one count felony criminal threats. His bail had been set at $50,000 and he was soon released..

Rumor: Chris Brown and Rihanna got into a argument which was reportedly about how Rihanna had given him herpes, which resulted in him giving Rihanna a black eye.

We'll update you as this story develops...

Rumor Update: Possible argument in the car about something... Rihanna hitting Chris Brown until he stopped the car, then hitting her back and fleeing the scene.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!.....BUT!!!!!

Congratulations to Robert Plant and Alison Krauss' for their sweep of 5 Grammy Awards tonight including best Pop Collaboration and Best Album.

But their sweep was overshadowed before the show even began when police announced that Chris Brown, a fellow nominee and scheduled performer, was being investigated for allegedly assaulting an "unidentified" woman the night before. Brown turned himself in to authorities and was briefly held before posting $50,000 bail Sunday night, jail records showed.

Brown and his "We just friends" girlfriend Rihanna, also nominated, were both scheduled to perform in different segments of the show, but separately dropped out at the last minute. The alleged victim of Brown's so-called assault wasn't identified, and it wasn't immediately clear whether Rihanna's absence was related to Brown's.

Police booked the 19-year-old R&B singer and dancer on suspicion of making a criminal threat, a felony.

I don't know about ya'll but either way u look at it.....EMBARRASSING! Good luck to the C. Breezy.

And was anybody besides me ACTUALLY rooting for Lil Wayne???? I mean...I really wanted to see him win this one. But I'm sure his four Grammy wins will make him feel a bit better about it.
