Lil' Wayne's Sentence PostPoned AGAIN!

First and foremost, I would PERSONALLY like to say that whoever has been praying for Lil' Wayne is doing a pretty good job, lol!


Lil' Wayne - Jail PostPoned... AGAIN!


Despite popular belief, Lil' Wayne is NOT going to jail today. It seems that there had been a fire in the basement of the courthouse today, which caused cancellations of all hearings. Lil' Wayne is a free man for at least another day...

This comes after his stint with the law on weapon possession and marijuana that was found on his tour bus about a year ago... He was to have been jailed earlier, but he was able to postpone it, due to needing a dental visit first. He was reported to have 8 root canals. While he was planning to start jail with little notice of sentencing, he and his label went on to try to get out as many appearances (songs, videos, etc) as possible as well as a documentary of the days leading to his scheduled appointment to serve in jail. 8 days before he was scheduled to go to jail, He had started his own Twitter account.

TI's Stays Out of Jail... For Now

Hey everybody,

So if you have been keeping up with the current events of TI, the judge finally gave TI his sentencing to a year in prison today. HOWEVER, due to previously agreed-upon commitments, he will not enter prison before May 19. What a break! So, he has about an extra month left of freedom... I don't know what the restrictions are up until then, but that's a lil' more time he can spend with his family.

TI also delivered an inspiring 10 minute speech to the judge that outlined his past, present and future, while stating that he is committed to turning his mistakes into positive results. Later, T.I. held a press conference where he thanked his family and all of his fans and supporters.Here is a quick clip of what went down.

Shyne - Out of Jail in April?


Great news... Looks like Shyne will be out of jail very soon... Shyne has done eight out of ten years on his bid for that club shooting in NYC about a decade ago... Back when Diddy and J. Lo used to be a hip-hop item.

His legal counsel, Oscar Michelin had this to say.

“He’s been an exemplary inmate... He’s had no problems, been very positive. As a matter of fact, myself and another person were scheduled to go up on the 26th of February to see him. There’s a dinner in honor of African-American History Month, and so Moses is participating in that. And he’s also coordinating, getting some speakers to talk about how things have affected the criminal justice system in the last few years and what we think the affect of the new presidency will be on issues affecting minorities. So he’s always been involved in many positive things at the jail and has never had a problem at all whatsoever. So, he’d be the perfect candidate for parole. The only knock against him was that he was convicted of a crime that’s considered a violent crime.”

Chris Brown - Story So Far...


Sources say that Rihanna (Robyn Fenty) did not call the police alleging that Chris assaulted her like people first thought. It was a bystander that called 911. LAPD arrived on the scene and questioned Rihanna.

Police claim that, on the scene of the incident, Rihanna identified Chris Brown as the man who assaulted her. There is also physical evidence of the attack. Reports confirm that Rihanna’s face and arm were severely bruised in the incident and Chris suffered from minor bruising as well.

According to sources, for whatever the reason, Rihanna is no longer assisting investigators in their criminal case against Chris Brown.

Also on a serious note, it is possible for Chris to get about 10 years. Since there were visible injuries, making criminal threats is punishable by up to nine years in prison.

In addition...



Due to this situation, Chris's DoubleMint contract with Wrigley's may get lost as well. The company says the commercials are suspended until further notice. The also stand neutral on this situation saying that the Chris should be given the same due process as any citizen.

LAPD had searched for Chris Brown but he had fled the scene. Later, he turned himself into the and was questioned. He has been charged with one count felony criminal threats. His bail had been set at $50,000 and he was soon released..

Rumor: Chris Brown and Rihanna got into a argument which was reportedly about how Rihanna had given him herpes, which resulted in him giving Rihanna a black eye.

Rumor Update: Possible argument in the car about something... Rihanna hitting Chris Brown until he stopped the car, then hitting her back and fleeing the scene.

Da Brat gets 3 Years!


Da Brat was sentenced to 3 years in prison after beating a girl over the head with a rum bottle.
Brat argued with Shala Stevens, a waitress working at JD’s Club 72 in Atlanta.

Shala is an up and coming model, Atlanta Falcons cheerleader and actress. She suffered deep lacerations to her cheek and swelling to her forehead. Because of the incident, she had to give up her guest appearance the TBS show, House of Pain...

Da Brat needs to watch her temper. Beating folks up the side of the head with alcohol is gettin' out of line. Hopefully, her prison stay gets trimmed. I'm thinking she needs a life coach, for real...
