Cassidy & Jim Jones - Jones Bottles Poppin'?!

Lol. Not exactly.. but yea... It seems that Cassidy's crew and Jim Jones' crew couldn't get along at a new Hip Hop Soda Shop in Tampa.

Word on the street is that Jim Jones and Juelz left a VIP area of the club, when Cassidy and members of his entourage arrived. Members of Jones' entourage came back and got into a verbal altercation with Cassidy's security guard.

Later, the security guard was hit in the head with a full champagne bottle and knocked out cold. That's just gutta... What can you say to that?

R. Kelly - New Warrant?!


Man... The boy, R. is back at it again...
A bench warrant was issued for Kelly for his failure to appear in a Chicago court. According to Kelly’s defense lawyer, Ed Genson, he was held up in Utah because of the snow... Kelly has a hard time staying out of trouble, don't he?

Jay-Z - Dumbest Moments of '07!


While 50 Cent & Diddy are on the Top of the list for Forbes Top 100, Fortune has Jay-Z under #32 for using dog hair instead of faux fur in his Rocawear jackets. Wow... that was a great move... until people allergic to dogs start complaining, lol. I don't think it was him, personally, but somebody high in that organization musta have been pink slipped for that move. :-p

Elephant Man - Stampeded On Diddy?!


A WHILE AGO (like last year), Diddy had signed Elephant Man... Don't know exactly why, but I guess he thought he was a good reggae artist... or a good tax write-off. :-p Rumor has it, Elephant Man and his crew came to his office, and assaulted him over some money...(or lack thereof..)

Ironically, he's got a single with production from Swizz Beatz called "Let's Get Physical". I'll figure it out, probably later in the week.

KANYE/50 Cent Results.... (Off 1st Day Sales!)


Thanks to a record-shattering first day at iTunes and traditional retail, Kanye West will debut at #1 on next Tuesday’s HITS Top 50 Album Chart, surpassing 800,000 units in sales! Kanye whooped 50 by an estimated 170,000 units!

Jim Jones - NOT Signing to G-Unit


Ok, now I know the whole Jim Jones/G-Unit rumor seemed to be a lil' far-fetched, but I got the real deal now... Jim Jones is actually joining 50 on the 5 boroughs tour. That's all it is. According to Freekey Zeekey, Jim Jones is just a good businessman and he's doing his next album for a couple mill. If so, that's what's up.

Kanye West & 50 Cent - Song For Song!


Ok. Despite what Kanye says, there WILL be some sort of battle on 106 next Tuesday... Kanye and 50 Cent will be performing their singles from their new albums. They will even have Stuart Scott of ESPN doin' commentary.

BET's gotta be setting up ad. pricing almost to the point of SuperBowl...I'm just assuming $200,000 - $500,000 for 30 seconds. Honestly and truly, I see the ratings on 106 gonna be pretty huge. In all honesty, this is GOOD news for hip-hop.

Tony Yayo - Did He Do It?


I don't remember if I went too much into this story (probably not), but a while back, Tony Yayo was accused of slapping up Jimmy Henchman's son. Game even made a diss track, talking about the situation. Henchman is Game's manager, by the way.

Now, somewhere out the blue, somebody comes to testify that he didn't do it. Similar to how R Kelly is trying to get off, having the girl say it wasn't her in the video. Probably got paid a couple G-Units to say it never happened. That's just my view, though. What do you think? More news when it comes available.

Jay-Z & B - Wedding Bells On The Way?


According to Big J, he and Beyonce will probably be getting married soon. Possibly in Vegas... But he could be saying that to throw us off... JD/Janet and Usher/Tomeka have done plenty of that this year, lol. Guess we'll see... unless they already married. Probably not married yet, though.

There is a rumor goin' around that Jim Jones may be movin' to G-Unit. That'd be hilarious. Cam'ron still has beef with 50. 50 gave props to Jim Jones. 50 interviews Jim Jones on Tha Bassment... You neva know...

I know Cam'ron will try send some shots that way, more than likely. Stories that Cam and Jones aren't cool anymore. That will be something crazy, for real...

Freeway - Album Pushed to November?


Somebody needs to really work on timing. Freeway is signed to Rocafella/Def Jam. Kanye... Def Jam... So why you got to push back Freeway album again, since he's had a single out BEFORE Kanye. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

So, I guess due to the Kanye/50 Cent clash, looks like Freeway's album got pushed back to November. I heard the story holds true for Lupe Fiasco's "Cool" album. Now Free's gotta push out another single, I think. Make it happen, Free.

Foxy Brown - Happy Birthday
