And in strange news for tonight, it seems that a Wisconsin Best Buy has bought bootleg copies of Joe Budden's anticipated album, Padded Room. Best Buy, what were you thinking?! You may not know Rap that well, if your Category spells "Budden" and the CD's say "Buddden", somebody clearly GOOFED. Straight foolishness.

New Chris Brown Update


So here’s the update…..

It has been confirmed by TMZ.com, along with People Magazine, that Chris Brown and Rihanna have reconciled and are back together again. Sources say the couple is staying at a house owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs in Florida. It was also rumored that Brown contacted Rihanna on her birthday, and even gave her gifts to try to get back into her good graces. He has also been going to anger management classes to help his pending case, which sources say may be delayed while prosecutors continue to gather evidence.

But in the mean time, Chris’ career is slipping further into a black hole. Ciara and Flo-Rida have reportedly cancelled their duets with the singer/actor. ‘Turntables’, a single off of Ciara’s upcoming album, will no longer feature Brown. Flo-Rida also decided to take Brown off a project the two were working on.



Hollywood also seems to be dumping Brown. Promotion for the 2010 movie ‘Bone Deep’, featuring Idris Elba and T.I., will not include Brown. But one director says he is standing by troubled singer. Melvin James still plans on working with Brown for the movie ‘Caramel’, which will start production later this year.

So, guess what's going down this FRIDAY.
It's loud. It [was] live. It's in 3D!

The Jonas Brothers 3D movie concert Experience hits theaters February 27th! Select cities have theaters with a midnight showing. Some are in IMAX 3D. My friend bought our tickets earlier this week, but no midnight view in my city. I'm still seeing it on Friday. Even if you saw their Burnin Up tour this summer, which SOLD OUT 3 nights at Madison Square Garden, there are many behind the scenes looks at the tour and their daily lives. "You'll see how we really are a family.." Nick says. They are always around their family and friends.
If you're one of the lucky who have already seen the movie, I'm sure you can all attest that it is mind-blowing and definitely worth your time & money.

Special guests, Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift, sing with the Jonas Brothers. New song "Love is On Its Way" pens out a beautiful story of hope in love. Yesterday, the soundtrack for the movie released on iTunes and in stores. So go buy it!

More reasons to watch it this weekend: You might even SEE them there!

500 lbs of Fabolous Trouble




On Feb 20, Arkansas police revealed that they seized nearly 500 pounds of marijuana from a tour bus this week. Police claim that they initially stopped the bus for driving on the shoulder of a highway on Tuesday night, Feb 17, and when they searched the bus they found 496 pounds of marijuana in a duffle bag. Two men from Georgia identified as 52-year-old Edward Thimas and 44-year-old Robert Morris, who were on the bus, implicated Fabolous. The police also found $6,452 in cash on the men.

The two men, told the police that they were returning from the NBA All-Star Weekend in Phoenix and they had been escorting Fabolous who was not on the bus during their arrest. The men claimed that Fabolous and another rapper who was not identified loaded the marijuana on the bus and told them to contact them when they got to Boston. Police said they are keeping the two men in custody because the stories they gave during interrogation were conflicting.

It is unclear whether Fabolous has been questioned.

Over the decades, Gospel lovers and Music heads around the globe have witnessed the transition of secular artist into the Gospel Music Arena. From Elvis Presley's cover of Amazing Grace to David Banners surprise cameo on Mary Mary's "Super Friend" we have waved our hands in praise or scratched our head in bewilderment to the double-dutch moves of these popular music artist. How does a listener feel when a vocalist goes from secular to gospel BACK to secular again? Or how does an audience respond to their favorite "rump shaking" crooner singing bout the sweet hand of Jesus? What about gospel artists like Yolanda Adams who covered "Sweet Thang" at a televised tribute to Chaka Khan? It's just tha questions ya'll.... and while I can't judge an artist's personal experience with God, I can't help but think...Hmm, interesting. But like it's written, God rises and shines the sun on all of us...and for that, Let everything that has breath "PRAISE THA LORD!" Makes sense. :-)
