Wow... Hey folks, been on a "lil" break and look what happens?!

I actually been listening to Nivea's "Complicated" album (classic teen album, by the way) and my favorite song on it was "I Can't Mess With You" ft. The Dream... Tonight, i find out that Nivea and that dude have been married for 3 years! And the guy just got signed to Def Jam as an artist! Oh yea, did I mention he wrote "Umbrella"?! More on that later...

New Biggie Movie - They are looking for someone to play Biggie in a personal story of his life... which I hope will be dope. Tupac ain't the only great rapper. (Biggie and 'Pac were BOTH born in Brooklyn, by the way).

They are considering:

Sean Kingston(?)
Guerrilla Black(?)
the boy who played Big from "Sky's the Limit"(?)
Keenan Thompson(?), lol.

I'm kiddin' on most these, but not really... I'd say Forest Whitaker, but homie's kinda old...

Amy Winehouse is in "Rehab" (No, No, No). :-p... Oh, I'm sorry. She is in the hospital for "exhaustion"... (wink, wink).

50 Cent says if Kanye sells more records than him, he'll stop puttin' out solo albums... Who's up to help Kanye win that bet? :-p Need more encouragement? Go check out Future on his thoughts on "Ayo Technology" or whatever they want to call that song.

Also, Common came number 1 on the charts this week with his new album, Finding Forever!

It seems like Kanye chickened out on the "Great Hip-Hop Debate". Here is what Kanye told MTV:

"I don't have beef with anyone," West said. "What am I going to debate about? I’m going to go in the studio and make music. When I heard the thing about the debate, I thought that was the stupidest thing."

Also, 50 Cent has put out a new single with Justin Timberlake. I had a rumor about it a while ago, called Technology.... aka "you know if you been reading up"... Just wild they actually put that out. Future has a great review on it, heheheh. Something to check out.

Keep a lookout on a new Nas album. I hope it will get more play than his last one...

TI - TIP vs. TI: Revenge?


For all you TI fans out there... TI is doin' it AGAIN... He's trying to put out a sequel to TI vs. TIP this year! It probably won't happen, but he's ready for it. He's a got a dream team list in hand, so we'll see how that works... Keep a look out for an early '08 release...

For those who keep up with 106 & Park, apparently Terrence and Rocsi asked 50 to have a debate with Kanye on who's got the better album. They are BOTH set to appear on 106 on September 11th... This will probably be interesting.
