I know y'all haven't heard from me in a min, so I'm hitting you up with some news for the week....

Omarion Left Cash Money!




For those who hadn't KNOWN that Omarion (formerly of B2K) had joined Cash Money (June '09), he has now LEFT Cash Money (that was short...). There were rumors that he was dropped but he says that it he wanted to leave for a new business oppurtunity he will anounce next week...

“I asked to be released from the label to pursue other opportunities that were recently presented to me,” he insisted. “Because of our relationship, Lil' Wayne had no issue with us ending our business relationship and released me from the label.”

Guess we'll see O's new venture soon....

2 Pistols Says She Got ItAnother cat from Florida makin' movies, 2 Pistol is killin' the airwaves across America with his infectious single "She Got It." The track features fellow floridian T-Pain, naturally, and was rerecorded with a better beat after the first track created sum buzz but was missing sumtin. Not much to say bout 2 Pistols yet to me he ain't nutin special just got a hot single. Come to think of it, he kinda look like a fake Plies, but anyway here go the track and video.

Big Tuck Back For The 2nd Round
My man from D-Town who tried to put Dallas on the map but failed, is back w/ his lead single off his sophomore album. Might take off, might not, either way I'm luvin the joint. Turn up your volumes and peep the track here.

Cali rapper Glasses Malone, whose been bouncing around records labels for years has finally found a home with Cash Money and has released his debut single "Certified" with Akon. First bein' courted by Def Jam, Interscope, Atlantic, Malone decided with Sony Records as well as having a strong affiliation with Game's Black Wall Street imprint. After things didn't pop off with Sony he was released and now is attempting to make things right. The song is bubbling around now across the U.S. and is very reminiscent of Jeezy's/Akon - Soul Survior. Peep the track here and let us know what you think.

Ray J Just Won't Go Away
Brandy's brother, hot off his sex tape fame has created another buzz worthy track with up and comer Yung Berg. Sexy Can I, can be heard on damn near every radio station in the U.S. and all over MTV Jams and BET. Sheit my 'cuzin in the UK even says it's gettin spun over there. So if you haven't heard it, yep, Ray J, got another one. Although quite the opposite track from One Wish, Ray J's last semi hit, its still has the same buzz but still don't think it gonna help move any units. At least not Brandy numbers. Either way peep the video here. And shout outs to my man Yung Berg, watch out for that one.

Fugees - Lauryn Killing Reunion?


It's rumored that Lauryn seems to be killing the whole reunion. She's wanting to produce tracks for the group now. That's not flying with 'Clef, though. The production has been mostly Wyclef doin' the beats, but now Lauryn is trying to break the format.

Wyclef tells interviewer:

"We did a remix [with] Lauryn for John Legend, for the record “How High.” John Legend was saying our names. You know what she had [him] do? She was like, “Take off Wyclef and Jerry’s names.” Because she wanted people to think that she was the one doing the beat…I’m a producer and I’m a beatmaker with my cousin Jerry Wonder, and I’m a writer. She’s a writer, a vocalist, [and] a great [vocal] composer. And she’s great at picking out samples—she got 20 billion samples but can’t chop ’em up to save her life."

Foxy Brown - Looking For New Label


So many stories about Foxy Brown and how her album, Black Roses was supposed to come out... It's been years now. Now, there's a rumor that Foxy will be signed to Akon's Konvict label... Guess we'll see...

Turk - Paroled!


Turk of Cash Money Records has been in jail for 3 years now, after plain clothes cops busted into his apartment, reportedly not identifying themselves as police. Needless to say, a gun battle had drawn and left his apartment looking like swiss cheese. He'll be released in November.
