Rapper Shyne Released from Prison

Sup World!

This is your boy Lyric! After serving a ten year jail sentence for a club shooting in 1999, rapper Shyne is a free man. It does not seem like it has been ten years. The infamous night at the club in 1999 changed the lives of everyone involve; Jenifer Lopez left Puffy (Sean "P. Diddy" Combs name at the time), Puffy faced jailed time, and the rap game lost another upcoming artist to the penal system before he was able to truly shine.

Check out this interview where he talks about his imprisonment and the way he feels about P. Diddy, or whatever he calls himself these days.

The rapper called Shyne is also known as 21 year-old Jamal Barrow of Brooklyn, New York. Born to the Prime Minister of Belize (Dean Barrow), Shyne has denied acknowlodging him as his father. His father has publicly stated that Shyne was "unwanted".

Keep your ears to the street on this one, I think that this Shyne and P. Diddy situation is one to watch!
