You might not have heard of Gregory and the Hawk. But I have. See, I’ve had a crush on Lisa Loeb since I was 10. But it wasn’t just that I think she’s really pretty; I really, really like her music. On my shelf, her albums sit somewhere between The Impossibles and NWA. Well, Gregory and the Hawk is a natural offshoot of my love of indie pop and Lisa Loeb. They sound like a Lisa Loeb singing Elliott Smith. So why all the Gregory and the Hawk craziness?
The single “Ghost” will be digitally released Monday. And their album is up streaming online. And it's totally legal.
